    If I didn't eat after 6pm.. I would be seriously low on calories, I would feel sick everyday.. I play sports between 4.30-9.30 and have to eat around my schedule...
  • Don't eat after 6pm
    The only function this has is to reduce total calories by reducing a chance to snack, if you follow the rule. If you're using MFP to track your calories and you're sticking to target, it doesn't make any difference when you eat them...

    I drink coffee every day and eat however late I feel like it.
    Pretty sure it hasn't messed with me.
