What do you think of this cereal?

Not sure what to think of this, I know how deceiving cereals can be, so I normally stick with oats... But this seems quite decent:

The protein and fibre content is obviously astounding for grains. On the back it also mentions it was developed as a part of CSIRO's ongoing research into this type of thing.
What do you think?
edit: sorry for sideways pics lol.
edit2: I just ate some and I'm not having crazy cravings for seconds like you can sometimes get with grains... Maybe this is a good thing? Might be the GI?

It looks pretty nice for a cereal, great protein!! I've just recently discovered oats after eating cereal for ages, I find that oats keep me full for longer0

Not bad for a processed cereal - it doesn't have many ingredients and several different kinds of grains which I think is a good thing. And the honey and golden syrup should make it taste good.
Where did you buy it?0 -

Where did you buy it?
Just at my local Woolworths
It tastes pretty decent also Although the texture is a little harder than rolled oats, doesn't bother me too much though, it's just a bit crunchier.0 -
Sounds good0

Thanks, I'm getting bored with porridge every day and was thinking about a cereal, but most of them have too much rubbish in the ingredients list.
This one seems to be an honest mix of grains with a nice helping of sugar. Should work for me!0 -
I'm going to be on the lookout for some of this, thanks!0

From what you show on the label it doesn't look bad at all. I stopped eating processed cereals and only eat granola from Cafe Fanny http://cafefanny.com/store//fanny_granola.html But it's 300 calories in half a cup. http://cafefanny.com/store//faq.html0
