Hi I'm Danielle! I'm 27, addicted to fitness and nutrition. I'm a mother of two so staying fit is A LOT harder than it was when I was 18! I'm always looking for new ways to track my diet and exercise and have up until this point been using paper and pen to keep a food and exercise journal and just thought I should get with the times and start doing it electronically and a support system is always great!
