    Eat more Healthdul foods, change your macros settings to 40p/30c/30f...and start with weights...u may not loose that last 10 lbs but u will transform your body into looking as if u did!! Best if luck!!!

    I am in the process of trying to do the same thing. Just started this myself but what is mentioned above is what I have been hearing the most of. Lift -Heavy! Change the macros like listed above.

    I have been told the same thign -it is not about that number on that scale but how your body looks which is really what we all want when you get right down to it.
