i live in Dartmouth nova Scotia and im hoping some one could give me some info on good life fitness gyms...are they cheap? are they a good place for first timers? are classes mandatory or can i work out on my own? can i get help from a trainer when i need it at not extra charge? do they have a daycare at all for small kids are they kid friendly at all? just any info you can give me, i would rather hear personal opinions from customers then have a sales pitch handed to me over the phone by an employee. BTW my biggest goal is to loose weight i DO plan to get toned and all that i would just like to move into it slowly.

    My brother goes to goodlife, and he loves it! I think they're prices are a little higher, but their gyms are fantastic. They have all kinds of equipment, machines, exercise classes, and people to help you get started! I know that you can get a pass to go a couple times for free, so maybe it's worth checking it out?
