strength training calories burned

I know that doing strength training i.e. lifting weights burns calories but when you enter it on your exercise log it doesn't show you how many calories you burn doing various exercises with weights. Does anyone know how to figure that out? I want to do this right and eat my exercise calories but it's difficult when it doesn't show me how many to add on strength training. I know that cardiovascular exercises show how many calories burned and I eat those calories, but I really need to know how many to add for the other part.

Enter "strength training" under the cardio section and it will give you a calorie allotment. The lower portion is for charting purposes. :flowerforyou:0
