Hi I'm 48, I have to lose over 150lbs, it will be 1 week I started tomorrow. I had surgery 2 weeks ago, was diagnosed borderline diabetic. I'm handicapped and use a walker. I'm looking for supportive friends. I went from eating once a day or every other day to forcing myself to eat 3 times a day. Being diagnose borderline diabetic was the kick in the pants I need to lose the weight. I've lost 4lbs so far, My goals are to become healthy, slim, chase my grandsons around the yard, to watch them grow up get married and see my great grandchildren. Also to get my knee replaced. Through sheer determination I've managed to get my sugar under control and in great part to MFP I am turning my lifestyle around. Please feel free to add me, I don't judge anyone. Good luck to all on your journey!
