Healthy 2-300kcal snacks

Hi All,
I'm in the very early stages of my first pregnancy, and my GP advised me not to continue dieting. I don't want to fall back into my old habits of poor portion control etc, as I don't want to gain unneccesary weight during this pregnancy, so I've set my calories to lost 0.5lb/week, to allow for any error in estimation of calories as I still have *plenty* of reserves for the baby
I'm trying to keep my meals/portion sizes etc healthy, but I'm struggling to add enough calories to reach my target. My hubby still needs to lose weight, so I want to keep our main meals as they were before. What I'm after is some ideas for healthy-ish 2-300 calorie snacks to add in when I get home from work, as I've noticed I'm much more hungry than normal then. I've been having a couple of biscuits and a glass of milk, but I'm not sure these are quality calories!
Be grateful for any suggestions, real foods only though, not sold on the idea of protein shakes! Also not that keen on nuts, unless they're honey-roasted cashews

Almost every weekday, I snack on 30 grams of almonds (170 calories) and a 6 oz. container of plain Greek yogurt (100 calories). You could also do a glass of milk and nuts, or an apple and peanut butter, or apple and cheese, celery and peanut butter, a bowl of oatmeal, whole grain toast with mashed avocado, toast with peanut butter...0
