After my dinner later i will have
Cals = 124
carbs =3
fat = 30
Any ideas what i could have to use these up?

    You don't have to use everything up unless you're really low on everything.....
    cottage cheese
    nuts
    greek yogurt
    hummus & veggies
  • MMmmmm.... my absolute favorite late night snack when I have calories to spare is almond butter spread on some crackers. Just LOVE IT!!

    2 tbsp of Kraft Light Peant Butter is 160 cals, 12 carbs and 12g fat. If you only have regular Kraft PB thats 180 cals, 8g of carbs and 16g fat so that would probably work out better for you.

    30 grams fat and 3 grams carbs would be 282 calories. You aren't going to be able to reconcile those three items.

    pretty much nothing that will fill you up? If you must have something then go with cereal? or oats? BTW protein is more important than fat and carbs (at least for me).
