So I thought I would share this...not very original, but so yummy!

Last night I was craving a snack but wanted to keep it healthy and low in calories and fat. So I had some big carrots(I think they taste better then the baby ones) and I peeled and sliced them into sticks. Then for a dip I mixed

about a cup of fage 2% yogurt
juice of one lemon
salt, pepper
and dried cilantro and basil ( I would have prefered fresh dill, but I didn't have any)

then I whisked it all together, it was soooo yummy with the carrot sticks!

perfect summer snack!
