Add to green salad. Stir fry....
Edit to add: add cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins=breakfast0 -
Make a salad- add, chopped peppers, red, green, & orange, chopped tomatoes (seeded); 1 clove minsed garlic, garbanzo beans (chick peas); cilantro, fresh lime juice, salt & pepper to taste-can eat warm or cold. Can add a touch of cumin if you like. Hopeyou enjoy!
if you use 1 cup Quinoa; 4 tsp olive oil, 1 cup garbanzo beans, 1 medium tomatoe, the calorie breakdown is as follows: calories:271; total fat:8.4g; Saturated fat: 0.9g; cholesterol-0; sodium-291mg; fiber-6.4g) I suppose you can compute depending on what you put it. :flowerforyou:
