On the standard Body Fat Measure Scales (i know they're not perfect) what would be a 'good' water percentage to aim for?

If we say that a 'good' body fat is between 23-25 what would we aim for in water?

This is for a female.

As long as you don't have kidney problems, it's nothing to worry about.
  • That really doesn't answer my question. I am not talking about water to be consumed - I just would like an idea of a 'good' percentage water for a person i.e. the fat/water/muscle ratio.

My point is that how much water you're holding will depend on many factors. It's hard to control and not worth worrying about.

Those type of scales aren't very accurate anyhow.

a good % is when your pee is only light yellow - i.e. you are hydrated.
