I need some advice please...

I started this site a couple weeks after new years...i started making really good progress. I was a little hungry at first because i was so used to eating whatever i wanted whenever...but it became more manageable. i was eating good, and the weight was coming off.
Now, down 23 pounds, i've started going to the gym to run, in preparation for a 5k that i'd like to run this summer. now all of the sudden, eating right and staying under calorie count is getting impossible. i'm starving all the time.
i know i need to eat more since i'm more active, but it's getting ridiculous. nothing i eat is filling me up. my appetite is ridiculous.
do you guys have any suggestions? i'm eating lots of chicken and vegetables...fruit from time to time. oatmeal for breakfast in the morning. sometimes i'll have bread on my chicken sandwich, but i try not to eat too much.
any suggestions would be appreciated.

try eating a bigger breakfast more protien maybe0
