    I'm a 55 year old woman - lost 61 pounds in the last year with weight watchers (no exercise at all) and have just joined this site to keep going. I'm not too active but would like to get myself into doing exercise. I'm a nurse so I know you should do exercise post TKR to get the best results. Walking is great. I live in Southern Ontario - weather is just starting to get nice so my goal is to start exercising. I'd love to help motivate you and get the same results in return.
