Ok, so I am new to this site. I have seen a ton of stuff being posted about eating your calories back. Basically you want to eat your calories back so that you maintain ? So if I don't eat them then I will loose weight, correct? Sooo if you think about it not eating them back is prob the best way to go. Thats just my opinion when I think about it.

The program is designed for you to eat your exercise calories to lose weight. If your calorie goal is 1500 and you burn 300, then you should be eating 1800. For maintenance you would increase your net to whatever your maintenance level is.
