Over 40 with over 40 to lose (starting over again)

I'm not new here but starting new again and looking for some truly great people to help inspire each other that have similar goals. I am a stay at home mother and have a hard time with constantly snacking on things being home. When I worked full time, I managed my weight well but at home it is a different story. I love being able to raise my child but I don't know how to have my mind as busy as it was at work so I'm not always wandering to the fridge. I dropped the ball months ago and looking to start over again with more support. Also, since no longer nursing my wine intake is on the rise, another diet pitfall.

I am horrible at putting things off now and feel unless I am accountable to something somehow, I am just going to keep getting heavier which is just depressing to me and the more depressed I feel, the more I get into the I don't care attitude and just enjoy eating or drinking as an indulgence. It's a no win cycle. I thought about joining Weight Watchers or Herbal Magic or something where I had to weigh in once a week but thought I'd try to do that here. I was hoping to create a small group of like minded people who are truly ready to get into bathing suit shape for the summer to motivate and inspire each other with regular weigh ins and exercise check ins to help make this happen. I need to get my diet in shape, stop drinking wine as much, start exercising more and get back the body I used to have.

Feel free to add me as a friend however as far as creating a group (which I'm not sure how to do yet) I'd like to keep it to a manageable number for weigh ins etc to maybe 10-20 people who are really interested on updating and inspiring each other. Let me know if there is anyone interested.

The hardest thing for me is that I know I have to give up more bread products in order for me to lose weight. Even when I was at my skinniest, 122 lbs when I was in my 30's, I could eat no more than 4 servings of wheat products a day without gaining weight. I'd love to find people who are also looking to lower their carb intake. I have an egg allergy now which makes it harder I find to do this. I am a major foodie and wine lover who plans to do some more gourmet low carb meal planning.

I also used to exercise all the time and plan on getting back to 5x a week, even if it is just walking like I used to but am going to start some Gillian Michaels DVD's. So anyone serious about getting their sexy body back as fast as reasonably possible with about 40-50 lbs to lose (I weigh around 170, looking to get back into my 120's (5'4") let me know!! I am seriously looking for support and am good at giving it too. Thanks for reading.

You don't have to give up any foods.
