I am unable to put pressure on my foot today due to an injury. Any suggestions as to what I can do to burn calories with a gimp foot?

    HOP!!!

Seriously though, any kind of upper body workout you should be able to do.

Swimming would probably be the best thing you can do for cardio..

Try some seated boxing exercises. It gets yoru cardio up and you don't need to put any pressure on your feet.

I've heard a recumbent bike can work if you have your foot in a brace or something, dunno if that would work for you. If swimming is an option that should be safe.

Hand weights, floor stretches, sit ups or crunches, lie-down scissor kicks, and knee pushups!

Sittups, pushups, and pullups might work. Maybe get a chair and incorporate some bands for some arm, shoulder, and back exercises.

Thanks y'all ;-) I don't have access to the pool. So it sounds like I will be hitting the floor tonight for stretches and strength exercises!
