Are they really acurate? And should i count those calories or the one's that are on the gym machine?
One last question are the calories burned calculated through the average heart rate or max?

Thanks guys!

Which one did you get? Some are regarded more highly in terms of accuracy than others.

I just found my bodybugg again today after losing it a couple months ago haha. I would go by the number on the HRM and not on the machine. Your heart rate will be more accurate than a machine estimating it.

I want one. Any suggestions? I've heard of the bodybugg. Do you wear this all day or only during workouts?

I only took mine off when I was in the shower. It felt weird the first day that I wore it but then I got used to it and sometimes forgot I had it on. It was good for me to wear it all the time because I knew exactly how much I should eat that day because it showed everyyyyyyyyyyythiiiiiiiing.

Oh and the only thing I don't like about the bodybugg is the continued subscription fee. You either have to pay to use the site to see your data or hack it and that's just a huge pain in the *kitten* and probably not worth it.

I was only an 18 pound one from the very catalogue. all the others were around 100 pounds and i can't really afford since buying a house recently and what not.

Do you think it will still be ok? It is a wrist one (like a watch) with a chest strap

I can post a link to it?

Yeah i thought that, you put your weight and height into the machine but i still don't think it is very acurate and always think its giving me too much..
