Hi All - UK Newbie

Hi all, I've been using MFP phone app for 20 days and lost 9lb in my first week (YAY). Although it's started well I could really use some support for the long haul.

I'm a mum of one and live with Hubby and our dog. I get plenty of exercise walking the dog and will be taking full advantage of the WII as soon as the bruise on my foot goes away (doctor's orders to rest it). My weakness is definatly chocolate, but I'm managing with small doses if the craving gets too bad.

Enough babble. Come support me and I'll be supportive back.
