I eat Dark Chocolate, High in antioxidants. I eat an 87% cocao called Dagoba Organic. How much depends on how it works in your eating plan. 1 bar is about 240 calories.

Per the Joy Fit Club on the Today Show, dark chocolate is okay to eat when it is at least 72% cocoa. Ghiradelli dark chocolate is 55 calories per square (Serving Size is 4 squares for ~200 calories) which makes an awesome treat at the end of the day.

    Enjoy!

I love dark chocolate. I try to get it as dark as possible - about 85%. It is a little high in calories for a whole bar, but the thing I love about dark chocolate is one little tiny square kills the craving instantly. I am not sure what is available in Canada, but I get mine from the candy ailse in Walmart

    Lindt 70% Dark - yummy!
I usually buy anything between 70% and 75%. My tastebuds haven't adapted to anything over that yet.

I love chocolate, and I end every day with dark chocolate. The ones I eat most are Bliss and Dove. There's another really good one, I think it's made by Lindt....dark chocolate with chili. Yumm.
