I have been a member at the gym for several years and take most of the group classes. The problem is that I want to post my exercises on the site, but I can't find them listed. Does any one know ho to download them or can you guys include it in your data base, please??

I also do Les Mills classes, but I don't log my exercise. However, you can put your own exercises into the database yourself. Go to "Exercise" tab, then click "My Exercises" in the sub menu, then click the "Create Exercise" button.
On the website, this is the page: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/exercise/new
From here you have 2 options.
1. Use a HRM (heart rate monitor) during your class to figure out your calories burned and enter them into the form and add your class/exercise to the database.
2. Use the official Les Mills averages for each class (if you think you are close to an average participant) and fill the form with those numbers. These figures are posted on the Les Mills site for each release (e.g http://www.lesmills.com/northeast/bodycombat/about-bodycombat.aspx)
Assuming there is no legal reason from MFP that you can't have Les Mills info in the database, these entries will stay there and be available to you and everyone else going forward. Good luck and keep at it!0
