Hi
I always try not to eat my calories that I eat from a 30 minute walk that I do everyday as I like to benefit from it, rather than eat the calories but it always says im eating too less calories at the end of the day when ive only left what I earned...i.e 107 cals.

Do you eat your calories earned from exercise or not?
Thanks
Kerry

I eat my calories back because:

    1. I'm trying to lose 15 pounds (not a significant amount)
    2. I REALLY need to keep all of the muscle that I have (even if it means losing slower).

The initial 1200 NET calories I was given are already "spoken for." This is what my body uses for daily bodily function. If I NET less than 1200 calories my body may "use existing muscle" for nervous system, respiratory system, new blood cells, whatever. I can't afford that.
