Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies

Even though I know these aren't great for you, I totally needed a chocolate chip cookie this weekend, and these turned out so good that I had to share. This recipe made 36 cookies.

1/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 cup bisquick heart smart
8 oz dark chocolate chips

Mix butter, sugar, and egg. Stir in Bisquick, and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes about 3 dozen chocolate chip cookies.
