Caeser Vinaigrette Recipe (No egg, no sugar)

I have been on a really restricted diet due food intolerance, and I found that I miss eating like a normal human...I can't wait to get back to it! But until I get cleared by the doc, I'm getting creative. I was craving caeser salad last night and here's my no dairy, no egg, no sugar version of the dressing part:

Juice from 1 lemon
Liberal amounts of Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
Dijon Mustard (about 2 tbsp)
1 tin anchovy fillets, drained (about 4-5)
Worcestershire Sauce (about 2 tsp)
Ground tellicherry pepper
Ground Pink Himalayan salt
White Wine Vinegar (about 2 tbsp)
Coconut oil (some of the recipes I found called for up to 1 cup of olive oil, and I just can't have that much oil cutting my tart vinegary dressing - so I added a bit at a time of liquified coconut oil until I was happy with consistency and flavor)

I used a handheld blender to mix everything but the oil together and added in the oil last and stirred it in with a spoon to blend.

Turns out that I like this better than the original! I can't wait to try it with sharp Romano or Parmesan though....
