Food breakdown on MFP vs other sites.

Just out of curiosity, I signed up for 2 other free websites - which I WILL NOT name - to see what kind of plan they would put me on vs the MFP plan.
What an INCREDIBLE difference..... MFP recommends 69 grams of protein per day. One site said I should have 163 grams of protein a day..... and finally, the other site recommended 217 grams of protein a day, and also suggested to eat no more than 2 servings of fruit daily.
So, I am perfectly happy with MFP and will be on this site as always... but I do know that every single day, without giving it a thought, I easily hit 100 grams of protein, and sometimes 150. Always lean protein though.
So, I love my MFP, and I'll just do what feels right for me.... but curiosity got the better of me.... and I was shocked at what I saw.

sounds like the second one was a low sugar high protein one. When I was looking at trying to make protein fluff I came across quite a few bodybuilding sites and they do get a bit obsessed about protein.0

Remember that you can customize your goals on MFP, so you can raise your protein goal up if you wish.0
