I love this article, it's my food bible. Without knowing it, I have followed every single 1 of the 10 steps in this article for the last 3 months and man does it work!
do I cheat every once in a while? Sure! but if your daily plan follows these 10 steps, you WILL become healthier, toss in 30 - 45 minutes of vigorous exercise 4 or 5 days a week and you will shead the pounds easily and in a healthy way.

Yes! I've done all those things too and today I'm looking at a 15 lb lighter woman :happy: It's amazing how simple little changes can make a huge difference! Thanks for posting that.
