6tbs eggs whites 50cal
chop up about a third a cup of all these into pinkie nail size pices.
Mushroom
red pepper
Yellow pepper
Spinach
Red onion
Mix together in a bowl (this is about four days worth so bag it when your done)
Make scrambled eggs :)
Next get a 100cal soft peta pocket
Stuff it with one slice of processed cheese 30 cal
Then add your scrambled eggs!
I make on of these a couple times a week for me and my husband we both love them the cal really depend on what u put inside and after you get the stuff chopped its super fast. Hope this was helpful
