NSV: Yesterday and Today

So I just had 2 NSVs. I had 1 yesterday and 1 today.
Yesterday, I managed to complete C25K W3! I have tried to complete the C25K program (well, the free version I found. . .http://www.djsteveboy.com/mixes.html) 2 other times in the past. And I have been on W3 for 3 weeks now. But, I managed to finish it without stopping - well I paused for 30 seconds to retie my shoe - and I amazingly didn't want to completely die when I was done - only partially.
I am still going to do W3 a few more times to really feel comfortably with my ability, improve my endurance, etc. But, I am so excited. I can't wait till I can hit the gym tomorrow.
Today, I stopped by my parents' house and I hadn't seen them in several weeks - which is quite unusually, normally I see them at least once if not multiple times in a week. When I walked in, both my parent's commented on how I look like I have lost some weight and that I was looking good.
Now, I have only lost about 10 pounds but it felt good to have someone notice.
Today, I also decided that I was going to put together a timeline of photos of myself and tape it to my bedroom mirror. I found a couple of old pictures and pulled a couple of newer pictures from my phone and put together this:
I am not sure what I weighed when the first 2 pictures were taken, but I have always weighed between 230 and 240, sine I can remember. I also know that there is not much weight difference between the 2 February pictures, but I took the 1st set, then stumbled across the picture from October and wanted to try to compare so I took the picture on the 29th. The picture taken in October 2011 and on February 29, 2012 were taken in the same shirt.
Now just to keep the momentum going so I can add some more pictures to the timeline.
