I've been reveiwing my food diary, I've been noticing that I'm almost always over on my protien and fat guidelines. Yet on the days where I don't go over, I'm hungry. I hate being hungry and denying myself food because I don't want to give in any more than I do. I'm missing it somewhere. We have been making so many adjustments with the no salt, low cholesterol and fat but I feel so denied and at a loss on where to go that fits within those guidelines and it still taste good and satisfying. I know that I can't trust my feelings, they betray me but something has to hit somewhere down the line. I did feel good that when I ate some shrimp, boiled, I could really taste the salt whereas before I never would have, so there is progress. I know this is a process and I'm learning but I'm kinda at a loss at which direction to go. Anyone out there with some wise counsel?

Manually edit your goals. Reduced the %age of daily carbs and it will adjust your fat/protein to compensate.
