not perfect!!

Is anyone out there not perfect?

I'm struggling with my weight loss, always have, I don't binge or starve, but sometimes the food I eat may not be perfect..........but I do try to get my 5 a day in.

I have my hands rather full at home with 3 boys, 2 of which have a special need to varying degrees.

My break is the odd Saturday night out with friends, where I do drink to excess but I also dance my butt off!

So back to my Q..........Is there anyone out there who's not perfect?..........because I would love some support xx

    I don't know a single person who is perfect. We all make mistakes and fall down on our journeys, the important thing is to pick yourself back up and realize the mistakes you make.
