    You were were I'm at now... I'm about 300lbs and my long term goal is 200 or less though for now i'm aiming at 250 which I haven't seen in about 15 years (I'm 36 now). I have to ask though, what is Chalean Extreme?

    Chalean Extreme is a Beachbody program by Chalene Johnson... 3 days strenght training and 2 days cardio...
