Just a hi everyone, and brief intro, I am 40yrs old and lost over 50kg a few years ago, but alas, over the last few years, its crept up a bit and I never quite made to my goal in the first place..so back on the bandwagon, I dont particularly diet I did for a month then realised it was rediculous to restrict so much that you want to eat your own arm at the end of the day! Just keep track of calories and work out 5 days a week, Usually swim, cos I really dont like the gym..although I guess I am going to have to face it and vary my routine!
I have been using MFP to keep tabs on my cals, and glimpsing at the forums once in a while, and just admire how supportive everyone is. Awesome!
