What is your Motivation?

Just looking for some ideas/tips on how people stay motivated to hit the gym. I am currently going 5-6 days a week for the past 10 weeks, but I feel like I get bored. I have switched up my routine, and just recently started doing work outs from the Nike Training app, but the treadmill gets boring! just hoping someone will have some idea's how to make my workout more exciting or how I could enjoy the running/walking on the treadmill!
