WhAtt kind of supplements do you guys used find that I'm dragging by the time I go to the gym which has to be at night. But I need a boost to keep me pumped for going

Pre work out supplement advice and post workout thanks I was all motivated lost 11 lbs felt great but got in a slump

    A good natural way that I've found is to eat a couple cups of raw spinach and some chopped peppers, drink with a lemon grass tea (enertea is good for it). I do this about 20 minutes before hitting the gym and can normally force out a solid 45 minutes of lifting followed by a 1.5 mile run.
