Two NSV's in 2 days!!!

Since I was super hungry and knew I still have a lot of calories left for the day I decided to stop by Burger King and just get a spicy chicken crisp sandwich. After I got home I took the top part of the bun off and took 2 bites. Then I logged on to MFP to log in the calories for this thing.... 460 calories!!! I put it down right away and threw the rest away. I logged in what I ate and was so shocked at how many calories were in just those bites. I would rather get those 460 calories eating 2 Boca burgers with all the fixins and probably still have some calories left over. I am super proud of myself! :)

    I know! Sometimes those calorie amounts are shocking!...my killer is a McDonald's chocolate milkshake! But so glad you were able to conquer your fast food buy. :)
  • Making healthy choices is sooo much easier when you know what you're putting in ahead of time. Great job and overcoming this urge with what you know to be right!

    I remember when I first joined the day before I ate and drank at applebees for a football game, when I logged their wings it was like 1200 calories....WTF?!?! if I make the wings myself it is way less......needless to say I haven't even really ate out since than
