HIP HOP ABS!?

Unfortunately, I only have Hip Hop Abs Sculpt and Fat Burning Cardio? Will those be okay to give me toned sculpted abs or do I need to do the other DVDs as well?

    You can start with that and then maybe you can add your own moves to it after you learn the DVD
