3+ month plateau. PLEASE HELP!!!

So I have been trying everything! More water, more cals, less cals, less salt (never been a problem anyway really) less carbs, more exercise..........I'm getting so annoyed now as nothing seems to help. I want to get down to about 124 and I'm currently at 134 (like I was at the end of November!)
Could you please look at my food diary etc.. and maybe help me to pinpoint what to do? Thanks!

OMG i am in the same predicament almost the same stats too but I am heavier :P I am 5'8 and 143lbs my goal is 135lbs since i am a pretty large build but I have been stuck in a plateau for like 3 months now and it is so annoying! Maybe our bodies are just telling us to stop losing weight?0

That's what I was thinking but I've been lower just last year and I'd like to lose just 10 more pounds :S hmm good luck! If you find a way out please tell haha.0 -
Wow I posted thi yesterday and after 3.5 months I hae actually lost a pound!
I'm hoping it's not a fluke but if not then what helped me was going up from 1400/1500 to 1700 net calories (didn't think that would work even reading the forums with evidence, but yay it seems like it did!)
Also being on a paleo/primal diet (3 weeks so far). I also started yoga last week but I think that's just a coincidence :P0
