Working out when all those hormones are shooting through your body will really help. At least walk. Get your favorite music before you go.
Sometimes when I feel unmotivated or sluggish, I grab my cell phone and go for a walk around the neighborhood. If I have a funny text conversation for an hour, I don't even realize how much I have walked.
Also, ditch ice cream altogether. Haagen Daz sorbet is awesome. Peach and Raspberry are the best and will definitely help curb your ice cream cravings. Also apple sauce works great too.0 -
You will never regret going to the gym! Do it:) Even if you only stay for a little while.0

Going to the gym will actually help with the cramps. I didn't believe it until I tried it but getting your body moving really does help.0
