Hey Everyone! I've been on MFP since late August/ early September. Slow and steady... however, I've been at a stand still for almost 3 weeks now. Yes, one week was my birthday week but I still tracked. Going through some high stress/ emotional times right now and I know last week I didn't have enough calories. Forced myself to eat. I'm wondering if my body is just adjusting?? I have some great supports here already but always nice to have others for ideas/suggestions. Feel free to add me!
