Just shared this with a friend: one easy way to log, if you tend to eat the same foods like I do, you can copy from one day to another.

Just go to a day, under the Meal and click on "Quick Tools" and then "Copy To"and select the date. Then it adds foods automatically. Just another way to make logging in quicker.
