quick dinner salad

Options
Spinach beet Salad
4 oz. Fresh baby spinach
1 whole beet chopped (steamed or boiled)
1/4 cup of Bermuda onion chopped
1/2 cup fresh sliced white mushrooms
1 whole avocado pitted and sliced
1/2 cup halved walnuts
1 tbsp Olive oil
Juice of one lemon
Tiny pinch of Cayenne pepper
Toss all in a bowl and enjoy!


Quick and easy salad for dinner. Although a bit high in calories, this is a great source of protein, fiber and "good fat".
