I have lost 30 pounds with a combination of belly dance classes and practicing it around my house. Tomorrow though I will be starting 30 day shred.. I am way nervous because I am way out of shape. I am a bit more in shape then I was when I started because of dance classes but I am still way behind from years of not exercising and having a c-section. I know though that if I want to loose 100 more pounds, I have to jump start my fitness and we have no gyms with in an hour's drive that have child care.. any advice? am I truly asking for a beating jumping in like this?
