My gym offers 'cycle' classes as well as "X-Bike" classes. Does anyone know the difference? I'm assuming "Spinning" classes are just another name?

Hmm, sounds like the "X" one might be more advanced. I would call them to see if their front desk person can tell you so you don't get a surprise when you go. Unless, of course, you like surprises.0

I would guess that the X stands for X-treme.0

I would assume the X is for X-treme! Ask you gym. My gym has RPM and RPM Max, the RPM class is a normal spin class and the Max is normal with 2 additional songs making it a longer class.
You gym website might have class descriptions on line :drinker:0
