Okay so I just got asked by my niece to do a 5K walk on June3rd for The Hemophilia foundation. Well considering her baby who was born January 29th has type A hemophilia how can I say no.
I know this sounds awful but how many miles is that and is a little less than 3 months enough time to train for this and whats the best way to train for this. Also need to raise 250.00 to walk in this . So worried I'll let little Owen down so I need to do this.

It is 3.1 miles. To walk it, it would take about an hour. Just prepare by going for walks - three months is LOTS of time!!!! You'll be so proud of yourself! Good luck!0
