Lacking energy

So I thought that when you lose weight you are supposed to be more energized...I'm down 19 pounds, hoping to hit 20 when I weigh in on Sunday and I am way lacking energy and tired all the time. I get 8 hours of sleep almost every night, going to bed at the same time and getting up around the same time. I exercise a few days a week. I am a stay at home mom with one year old twins, but was a stay at home mom before I started my weight loss journey. Does anybody else have experience with a drop in your energy level when losing weight? Did it have to do with calories? I was using what myfitnesspal recommended for a while but I plateaued out so I dropped my calories another 100 from what is recommended (but I eat more than that due to exercising and breastfeeding). Any advice on what worked for you and how you boosted your energy back to normal would be great?!
