which number do follow?? new & need help

When I do the calculations online I get 1707 . But my recommended net target here says 1280. so can some one help me figure this out, how many do I consume if :
workout 90 min everyday eliptical (burns alil over 1000 calories)
5'7 , female, 23 yrs old, currently weigh 174 lbs.
goal wieght is around 155 -but mostly just want to tighten up upperbody
I sit in the office 4 days a week, class and volunteering the other 3 days.
low strength training, 50 crunches & 30 pushups every night.

I just want to know what my limit of calorie consumption/intake should be because I keep getting it wrong apparently Ive been taking too too little (less than 1200 for the past week or so)
