Well, last year was good... but, this year I want to take it up a notch. It's about that time of year when the winter weather is dying down and the Sun is coming out more often.


I've been relatively healthy this whole year (mentally and physically) and need that EXTRA bit of support to make sure I'm staying on top of my goals (work and health). It's been tough sometimes when work gets in the way of me getting a "GOOD" workout...

We all know the difference between the gym being a chore versus looking forward to train (anxious to hit those weights).
