Im Male, 19, 6'3 and 207lbs.

I was 213lb at the start of feb when I joined this site and started trying to lose Body Fat %, I wasn't going to the gym but i was playing tennis 4 times a week, soccer friday nights.

My diet was pretty good, this lasted 3 weeks.

the past 2 weeks I've been so tired and such that I've lost pretty much all my motivation, i still play tennis 2 times a week and soccer once, but I think it's my diet thats letting my down the most, it's not in all that bad, but its the odd drink of coke or take away every now and then.
I leave to work at 6:30 and get home at about 4-5, so it's hard to have prepared 'healthy meals'.

I need some advice on staying motivated, tips of what meals to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner, things that are easy to make and such.

I also find it hard when majority of the people on this site lose alot of weight, myself I need to lose about 20lbs which is stubborn fat, been this weight for about a year, can't really notice it at all when Im wearing a shirt but Im pretty self conscious.

The first 3 weeks I was feeling great, but something since then has changed, and it's not so much lack of energy, its just always being tired which makes me feel lazy.

and fats/carbs and such I dont know :S

You may not be eating enough either.
To few of calories is bad and can hualt your progress.
Are you eating back your tennis or exercise calories?
