Workout DVD Recs?

Good morning, all!

I'm about half way through the 30 Day Shred and am starting to think about what I should do next. I have the P90X DVDs because my boyfriend does them, but I don't know if I can commit to 1-1.5h every morning before class. Plus, I need to add $15 to my Amazon order so I can order New Rules of LIfting for Women!

Do any of you have any recommendations for other workout DVDs that can kill my @** ;) in the AM in 20-45 minutes?

Thanks!

Nicky

I like Ripped in 30 or Insanity. Bob Harper's new series is good too.

If you are getting NROLFW you wouldn't neccessarily need P90X as they are both strength programs.

Good point. I've heard good things about Ri30.

Definitely Ripped in 30 is a good option. Jillian's Kickboxing DVD just released too. I just ordered it from Amazon today, so I haven't had a chance to personally try it, but the reviews are good and it's only a 20-25 minute work out. I love Jillian workouts!

Yeah, I'm thinking Jillian might be the way to go.
