Will I be able to do other exercise too? Not really sure what to expect, I love to swim and want to keep that up. Will I be too achy from the shred?

My activity levels are set to sedentary cos I am in my *kitten* most of the day, but I swim 3 times a week ( a mile in 35 mins flat out and then maybe a few more and a good stretch in the pool) I belly dance once a week and walk a fair bit too.

My bf is 20%, hoping to lower this with the shred as I need to sort out my jiggly legs and bum! Should I change to lightly active or whatever the next one up is? My settings are to lose 1/2 pound a week but I'm not really losing anymore now. I don't mind the numbers on the scale so much as wanting to be firmer / stronger. Any advice on my settings welcome. I am just under 5.7 and 124 pounds and about 1380 cals before exercise.

Thanks in advance :-)

    any advice please?

Managed the shred, belly dancing and swimming yesterday!! Took the swimming fairly slow cos felt a bit wiped put by then.

Just not sure what activity levels to use and if it even matters?

    Thank you :flowerforyou:

I'd say listen to your body, i generally managed all my normal workouts as well as the shred but on some days were sore so took a rest day. (one rest day a week)

In relation to your weight/ settings, My weight loss is normally slow, i lose about a lb a week but with shred i did lose good measurements. It was 4.5lbs lost over the 30 days but 14cms of legs/waist/hips/stomach. You say you not too bothered about the sclaes so maybe dont weigh during shred but measure and im sure you will see the benefits and feel good. I could definately see a smaller tummy and firmer legs at the end. x x

    Thank you :-)

I am so excited to see if I get as good results as you! I measured and also took photo's yesterday before I started so will see what happens. You lost lots of inches, well done!

    Have a good weekend :-)
